It's been another long day. Mitsu-senpai and I crossed the border into what used to be Korea. Not sure what the fangs call it now, though. But since we started travelling again, I've been having trouble sleeping. Even worse than usual. Tamachi's been worried about me, I can tell. He squeaks a lot more.

But I guess it's just anticipation. I heard there might be a hidden human colony here in Korea. I don't know whether there actually is one, used to be one or if there was never one. But it's good to investigate. It might lead to more allies. Or not.

I guess I should just wait and see. How's everyone else doing?

Ah, I've heard those rumors as well. A sizable colony, too, though perhaps that's become exaggerated down the line. Regardless, I look forward to hearing your report on the matter.

It's too bad it's too cold to find wild chamomile. It makes an excellent tea to help you sleep with no ill side effects. Perhaps you and Tezuka-san should trade for some the next time you find a vendor.

Ha, that's kind of funny, senpai. But I don't think we'd ever stop, cold or not. I wouldn't want to, anyway. They'd get too cocky if we were quiet through the winter. They might think they'd won.
